Narrative Strategies announced the promotions of Rosemarie Calabro Tully and Andrew Fimka to Partner. Calabro Tully, who has extensive experience working on Capitol Hill and on behalf of industries, and Fimka, an agency veteran with more than a decade of experience in creative services and public affairs, are founding members of Narrative. Their promotions mark the first new partners elevated by the firm, which began in 2019 and has rapidly grown into a full-service agency excelling in a wide range of services, including public affairs, public relations, creative services, coalition management, crisis communications, and digital marketing. Narrative also announced the promotions of Christine Hennessey to Managing Director and Greg Blair, another founding member of the firm, to Content and Editorial Director; both join its senior leadership team.

“Rosemarie and Andrew have consistently delivered best-in-class ideas, strategies, and campaigns to our clients,” said Narrative Strategies Founding Partner Ken Spain. “These two outstanding professionals have helped to build Narrative into an award-winning one-stop shop that clients can trust to win policy battles, enhance their reputations, build advertising and marketing initiatives from the ground up, and manage full scale public affairs campaigns. Their leadership has been instrumental to our rapid growth and to the excellent service we provide all our clients. We will continue to lean on them as we further build our team and offer new services and capabilities.”

“As a Managing Director, Christine will continue to leverage her extensive experience fighting messaging and policy battles on Capitol Hill, providing valuable insight into the unique challenges our clients ask us to tackle,” Spain added. “Greg is a talented and politically astute communicator who will work across our clients and our team to lead Narrative’s content and editorial development, signifying a concerted effort by our firm to place an even greater emphasis on writing as a core service. We’re excited to have both on our senior leadership team.”
