Ashley Gordon joins Mower’s C-suite as head of integrated media department as agency continues evolution

NEW YORK—Aug. 22, 2024—Mower, one of the country’s top independent and 100% employee-owned marketing, advertising and public relations agencies, has finalized its strategic reorganization with the appointment of Ashley Gordon to its core leadership team as Senior Vice President, Connections Planning. Gordon’s hiring reflects the women-led agency’s commitment to strong leadership that meets changing client needs.

Gordon brings nearly 20 years of media industry experience to Mower. In her role overseeing Mower’s Connections Planning department for integrated media, she leads the agency’s media and performance marketing teams, focusing on cohesion and innovative strategies. She’ll also focus on elevating Mower’s paid media capabilities for clients across the agency’s specialty areas, including Energy & Sustainability, B2B, Healthcare, Financial Services, Travel & Tourism, Building & Construction, and Transportation & Logistics. 

Her extensive background includes leadership positions at gyro, Mindshare and Dagger. Most recently, Gordon worked as a freelance consultant, partnering with large corporations and emerging startups. Her wealth of industry experience positions Gordon well to drive Mower’s media strategies forward, strengthening the agency’s ability to deliver cutting-edge solutions for its clients.
