The EQ Office team, led by President and CEO Lisa Picard, is responsible for creating inspired, elevated office environments in cities across the country including Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle. As CEO, Picard drives the strategic direction for organization, inspiring her team and partners to move past legacy assumptions to maximizing the human potential within real estate. Lisa holds two master’s degrees from MIT and previously led expansion for Canyon Ranch and Spa and Skanska USA.
