by | Jan 31, 2018

Two national juvenile products brands have chosen Adam Ritchie Brand Direction as their public relations agency of record for the U.S. The agency will support Miamisburg, Ohio-based Evenflo‘s SensorSafe Technology-equipped car seats which prevent vehicular heat stroke, and Woonsocket, Rhode Island-based Summer Infant’s Baby Pixel Monitor which alerts caregivers if a child crosses a virtual safe boundary, among other items.

Services will include brand and influencer partnerships, media relations, event support, content marketing and brand strategy. These accounts contribute to the agency’s 10 year heritage of supporting juvenile, health and consumer technology products.

In addition, agency principal Adam Ritchie is conducting a national speaking tour called “Invention in PR,” discussing how PR can be used to create newsworthy consumer products from the ground up. The pilot edition kicked off as a breakout session at the PRSSA National Conference, and is going on the road to PR programs at Syracuse University, DePaul University, Brigham Young University, University of Florida, University of South Carolina, Emerson College, Rutgers University, Ohio University, San Diego State University and more.

The firm is celebrating its anniversary by being shortlisted in the PRWeek U.S. Awards three times, being shortlisted in the Holmes Report Innovation & Insights SABRE Awards, and winning a PRSA Anvil Award, a PR News Platinum PR Award, a PR Daily Digital PR & Social Media Award, a Bulldog Reporter Gold Award, an Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts Communicator Award, a MediaPost OMMA Online Marketing Award, a dotCOMM Platinum Viral Marketing Award, a MarCom Platinum Product Launch Award, an AVA Digital Brand Voice & Strategic Storytelling Award, a Hermes Creative Innovation Award and an IDA International Design Award—all in the last 10 months.
